We ship twice a week via UPS/DHL courriers depending on the destination country.
All items are shipped from Bologna, Italy with a tracking number and require a signature on delivery.
Shipping usually takes 4 days for European orders and 7 days for International orders.
Note that prices do not include VAT for orders outside EU and as such, your order may be subject to import taxes and customs duties. The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.
When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
If an item is unclaimed and returned to us, we will be in touch regarding shipping it again however the recipient might be charged a new shipping fee depending on circumstances.
We do not accept returns unless the item you purchased arrived damaged or faulty.
If you receive a damaged item, please contact us at email@example.com with the order number and photos of the damage and we will do our best to sort it out swiftly. We cannot accomodate exchanges at this time as the items are at risk to of being damaged on the way back to us.
